I nearly got my shit kicked in a little while back because some dude who should have been a stain on his momma’s sheets thought my beard made me look vaguely Muslim. In the wake of the Boston bombing there were multiple reports of violence and harassment against Muslims. And that’s to say absolutely nothing about every individual incident since 9/11. We know these fools aren’t all “just talking,” that some of these motherfuckers are dead serious and truly on that bullshit.
My Muslim brothers and sisters out there, be safe.
And to the guys like Hal9000 and the motherfuckers retweeting him, to everybody bristling at the opportunity to get some ‘retribution’, how about you DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE AND KEEP YOUR FISTS AND MACHETES AND THOUGHTS AND FRANKLY YOUR EVERYTHING TO YOUR GODDAMN SELVES.
